440 m2, consist of Pharmacy, Dentistry, General Practice and Physiotherapy with construction cost of $ 570,000. Building permit in progress.
Provided design, coordination with engineers and specialist as well as construction supervision.
BP HEADQUARTERS: The project is British Petroleum consortium with petrol China and south Oil Company in Rummailah, Iraq: The 1.2km x 1.3km (172 ha) development consist of a comprehensive phased Master plan including headquarter, office buildings, staff residential blocks, services, roads, landscape, security terminals complex being comprised of a 1500 car parks. AECOM's scope is to develop architectural, interior design, structural, infrastructure, MEP, master planning, cost control, contract administration and construction supervision scope.
KHALIFA PORT & INDUSTRIAL ZONE (KPIZ) : The design and construction supervision of the Offshore Facilities that includes buildings (approx 26,680 sqm GFA), landscaping, Infrastructure, Utilities, Master planning, and Roads in Abu Dhabi-UAE. $ 385M, 28680 M2. The Project wins the Middle East AECOM award for Innovation. The port officially opened in Sept-2012

JUMAIRAH BEACH RESIDENCE (JBR) : HLG appointed as the main contractor to construct the 8 residential towers, 48 stories, in Dubai with estimated construction cost of $ 312M, with BUA of 485000M2. When opened, the JBR now considered on of the main attraction points in Dubai.
THE LAGOONS: mixed use development, Dubai, approx. $ 8.2B, 6.5M2. The 25 miles of waterfront development is seven bridges-interlinked islands built along the Dubai Creek coastline featuring residential and office towers, retail shops, marinas, an art centre, a museum, Dubai’s first opera house, Central business district which contains Dubai towers, and a shopping mall.
