THE GREEN COMMUNITY: Dubai, The $ 120 Million project is a master Plan development in Dubai Investment Park for Union properties. The project was designed by Spoerry office-France in a joint venture with DEWAN Architects, the project contains: Residential buildings, 5 office blocks, Marriott hotel, shopping center. Our scope is to provide a comprehensive design and construction supervision. The project completed and occupied on 2003.

ADCO mixed use development (Oil & Gas) : The $56 million & 16000 M2 B.U.A Project consist of : Staff Accommodation Clusters, Central Facility building includes (library, lecture hall, coffee shop), Multi Purpose Sport Hall, Staff and contractors Restaurant & Industrial Kitchen, Operations Head office, Fire Station, External & internal amenities and Landscape. The scope includes implementing and supervising the interior design elements of fixed furniture, millworks, Artworks...etc. The project was completed successfully in 2004.
